actually I never injured my back and It feels amazing the only thing I really did wrong was A no leg drive and B didn't have my hips down. I have a naturally rounded back when I bent down.

I can only max 2 plates but my form is perfect
I am working on it. My form is perfect with 405 for 5 to 7 reps. 500lb is shit load of weight.
