ill definitely give this a try! not now though, got basketball season in a couple weeks and ill be lifting just nothing hardcore, just try to maintain, then after that ill start up this for about a month-1 1/2 months prolly then go to some P/rr/s then some fd/fs and that's my super bulk cycle right there

Can someone explain to me how vital warm ups are..

An this is a nice thread, we should sticky a thread in which lye numerous other threads like this so we don't end up stackin the sticky category with all of these gz workouts you keep posting ^^

erm.. there was something else I ment to ask or mention but i forgot, I'll edit it in soon =]

Not at all unless you...1) Don't wana get hurt(if you get hurt, you can't work out) and 2) Be able to preform your best

Day 1 :

10 x 10 Flat bench
10 x 10 incline bench


Day 2 :

10 x 10 deadlift
10 x 10 pulls ups
10 x 10 seated rows

Day 3

10 x 10 standing barbell press
10 x 10 side lateral flys
10 x 10 shrugs

Day 4

10 x 10 close grip bench
10 x 10 dips

10 x 10 straight barbell curl
10 x 10 dumbell curl

day 5

10 x 10 squat
10 x 10 hamstring curl
10 x 10 calf raise

split ima use starting today, any suggestions?

I do something similar to this now.. Cept its 5 sets of 10 till failure. Soo, you do take weight off in between sets in order to achieve the 10 reps on every set right? I can't imagine being able to finish the entire workout otherwise.

I kinda wanna try the 3rd level.. Thinkin I might be ready for it considering what I do now is similar. Could be wrong though.

interested in this too, curious if you start of light and work up or start off heavy and work down

Both ways work, but my preference goes for starting heavy and working down when it comes to mass training.

Starting light and working up is what I do when I want to work on 1 RM, etc.
