But whatever you do in life, you can always make time to workout. You jsp? Jsp less, workout more. You play games? Play less, workout more, etc.
well my work consists of lifting moonwalks (the things lil kids jump on) and pretty much you get a dolly, roll it out (its deflated) blow it up, clean it, roll it back up, lift it up like a deadlift/squat sort of motion and etc etc.
the things i can feel working when i do this job are things like my back, shoulders, biceps, and legs, so pretty much i am working out while working because those things are prettty heavy.. we go in at 10, get off at like 7-8 so theres not a whole lot of time to make, only reason why we didnt work today was because it rained so i figured id use it as a rest day mainly
