Well, I'm danish so I use "kg" not "lbs"
1kg=2.2lbs
height: 185cm = just about 6 feet 1 inches
Bodyweight:
93kg = 204.6lbs
and currently with about 18% bodyfat(Yea, cutting now)
- but yea, I'm fat for another few months...
What I lift with at the moment(major):
benchpress:
2set, 10rep - 105kg = 231lbs
Deadlift:
2set, 10rep - 120kg = 264lbs
Squats:
2set, 10rep - 150kg = 330lbs
Oh, and pullups? I guess if I only got 1 set I can do about 25 in a row with my current bodyweight... or 2x 15 if I get a small break in between...
and in a little less than a month it's been 1year since first time I stepped in the gym. (But, the first few months was laughable since I honnestly wasn't any kind of serious about it)
