Weightlifting competition next week.
Gonna be interesting. Wrist started to hurt again during heavier snatches due to more deviation (wrist slides a bit during the catch), so have not been able to snatch above like 70kg for some time.
Will go light cause heavier jerks have been troubling aswell.
No real goal so might aim for like 70/110 just to beat my friend.
Noticed today that my elbow is bit fucked aswell (probably after devil aka lowbar squats), hurt cleaning 50kg...
Since elbow hurt I did no-hand squats for lulz. Did 131kg 2 times. Going for Koklyaev 310kg!
