I dont know why i bother posting this but o well... My progress>>><<<
Started in Jan 2010, if you say so. I had never benched or touched a bar or anything EVER, nor have i EVER been to a gym, and i still have not. I started "working out" Body weight / DBS in Jan.. I had NO IDEA wtf i was doing. And still to this day i learn something new every day. I eventually bought a nice olympic weight bench off of craigslist that came with 255 lbs and bar for only 200 bucks! i LOVE it. its in my garage along with a shit load of DBS and other shit. I got my own lil gym. I have not stuck with the same workout routine for more than a month, i am constantly switching things up trying to find out whats best, and i love trying different things, keeps me from being bored. I have a huge lack of motivation and energy to hittttt the weightsss. Theres been times ive worked out 1 week and then did not work out for 3 weeks. Thats pretty much how its been since Feb. I would get groves now and then to go for a solid month or so then go back to skipping weeks or 2 at a time haha. Most of you will say my progress isn't that good considering i started getting serious about 5 months ago..... but honestly half of that time i was not working out.. lately ive been going good , and expect to see some good gains over winter. And i am very pleased with my noticable gains and progression.
My diet is still progressing, as of right now for the past month and 1/2. ive been averaging at least 24 chicken breasts a week.. haha no lie( maybe thats not alot for some of u,... but to me thats ALOT OF CHICKEN)

shits amazing, and i eat alot of eggs and potatoes, salad along with ALOTTA CANDY and CHIPS ahhaa

i cant help it, i love candy and chips..
I use no supplements... unless u count protein powder... fish oil.. and mult.. i tried creatine haha. but its not for me..
I have not done cardio since June.
I work out abs once a month if that.
I rarely work out legs.
Im currently doing burns GVT without deadlifts and leg day haha( hes guna rage for that, o well.) im on week 2. and its working nice.
I have kept track in a notebook of every single workout since
April 26, so thats when i started getting "serious" ( well my version of serious), so tech its been almost 5 months exactly, of my shitty on and off routine, so to me my progress is pretty good for the amount of time ive put in. I was lifting here and there from Feb-April but i never kept track and i never really had a routine i would just fuck around.
April 26-Weight- 151

Bench-175x4 WITH VERY SHITTY FORM
Military Press- 105x5 WITH VERY SHITTY FORM
PULL UPS- FIRST SET BW - 6
Dead Lifts- 135x5
BB CURL- 60x8 SHIT FORM
SQUAT- 140x5
Sept 22-i have never really 1rm or close to it on anything.....
Weight- 161-162
Age- 21
Bench- 140lbs 10 sets of 10 (Last week)
Military Press- 70lbs 10 sets of 10 ( Last week)
PULL UPS- 13- 14 first set failure.
Dead lifts-220x5 ( while ago) i havent dled, it hurts my lower back. and its not the form!. inb4h8.. i dont care. im not lifting to be a body builder. I dont like deadlifts, and tbh i prolly wont ever do em again.
BB CURL- 55 lbs 10 sets of 10(last few sets were 998, Last week)
SQUAT-I could honestly.. prolly do 240x1 at least.. i have not squatted in a while.. I love squatting but im lazzzzy lol.
Numbers may seem weird? but its all legit, and in the "April" stats.... i mean... all my form was shit...... but now i can say..... that my form is very good and i really focus on muscles contracting. and it feels good

nice work.
so im a bit better at everything when you were 151lbs but bench where you dominate me at and military press where we're the same... and im fairly sure my form on everything there is pretty good or decent at least. no jumping on military press and no swing on curls.
maybe i should do burns GVT as well so we can have like a competition between us lol since we're the same height and working out the same length... it'll be good for me to change up my routine. maybe pm me about it?
