Hungover as fuck so decided to do some pressmedleys.

2 rounds: Dumbbell ~40kg > Bar 70kg > Fatbar 80kg > Fatbar 95kg
1 round: Dumbbell 40kg > Bar 90kg > Fatbar 80kg > Fatbar 105kg
1 round: Dumbbell 40kg > Bar 90kg > Fatbar 95kg > Fatbar 105kg

From a while ago, really put in work on it coming naturally. Handstand walks were in the competition i competed at a month ago.
Far from good or pretty, especially from Aubes standards, but not having a gymnastics background it's not bad.
PS. Pr'd my handstand walk and got 56ft in the competition :)

Snatchgrip dl from 3-4'' deficit
190kg / 420lbs

Tried lowbar squats for the first time in forever after for lulz.
Did 160kg / 352lbs x7, could probably done a few more but my wrist hurts like hell on lowbar.
Think it's a rep on that weight.

Up to 275x5 squat , using a belt now though. currently in a deficit.
