Negative progress.. ran out of money for food, been eating next to nothing (fuck college budgets lol)
A little background info, I went from 145-169 over a year or so to the progress on 8-31, so even though I'm scrawn, I was waaayy worse before.
nn rage on my gloves..
8-31: 6'0 169lb (snowboard/skate/run for 5-6 years, I have decent sized legs)

9-19: 6'0 165lb

routine consists of only dumbbells, pushups, a good ab routine of leg raises, crunches, bicycles, variated weighted crunches.
I also started cardio back up about 2 weeks ago, been jogging 2-3 miles a day, I figure if I can't afford to bulk I'll just cut to a low BF% then once financial aid kicks in I'll bulk up and get a gym membership.
