I have some in this thread. will probably throw that video of 535 up tomorrow after work.

also should note I am getting a strength coach as well at the end of February. super excited to see how this year goes.

he is lifting over 3x bw...he can wear a tutu if that is his preference..

I was 9th in line waiting for an upcoming powerlifitng meet. Somehow a spot opened up for me, so I will be competing on the 22nd.

Today was:
Squat
285x3
295x2

Deadlift
435x3
450x2

Shooting for 335/230/485

a month or two before my competitions I usually ditch the straps.
My hands get beat up pretty bad from my job (making sandpaper), and I prefer a double overhand grip which isn't possible for me with that much weight.

I can say though that I have never failed a lift due to grip strength.

2 more weeks and my eyes are on 545. that will put me a little over 3.6x bw (about 149-151 morning weight this week)
