450 on christmas. I have a competition in march that I might go for 500 so we will see

Sweet when exactly?

My next meet is in june and I was planning 441 but I hit 430 not max effort last Saturday. I plan to weight 10-15 pounds more too so who knows in 20 weeks what I could be squatting. Recovery has been going well especially since I've improved my recovery when I stopped cheerleading.

Tried sumo for the first time today. Body isn't made for it. I have super long legs with small upper body so I couldn't get my legs wide enough to engage my back.
Back to deficit next session.

edit: how do you do it ladsy?

Atm yes but I 93 kg/205 lbs would be ideal with my height for a long term perspective.

I'm very opposite. I'm short legs with really long torso, and sumo worked great for me!
