You have to realize in which plane you are pushing the weight compared to your body position and where the weight is distributed. If the arching was done on an OHP however it would be a problem.

i know u know more about specific training than me i just got wrecked my knowledge is limited to oldschool training and nutrition. thanks :)

nice increase from 310 to 360~ for deadlift in 3 months that quiite the feat keep it up lad

255 5x5 squats easiest volume day so far despite the 10lb jump
165 1x4 155 3x5 bench didn't even do the last 2 sets bench felt awful
325 10x1 deadlifts

im surprised the quadriceps one of the bodys biggest muscles u should be hitting 300 easy?? i cant deaflift for shit but i used to squat alot easy now only hacksquats

well gl on hitting 300 u can do it lad

last intensity day before my meet! 1 more volume, and active recovery day to go.

3rd attempts looking like this atm

340-345 squat
205-215 bench
435-440 deadlift

290x5 squat
192.5 2x2 bench (failed 2 reps)
370 5x1 deadlift


squats looked pretty rough today, I wasn't sitting back enough, and for some reason I was tipping over forward. I think this is because i forgot to stretch out my ankles (dorsiflexion) before i squatted like i normally do.

hit 190 2x3 last week pretty easy, but i didn't make it through volume day repeating 165lbs for some reason on monday, so this 192.5 felt insanely heavy. trying a new rep/set scheme the week after my meet.
