Cytogainer 4 scoops serving size and 600 calories
I know it has more protien and less sugar though.
Just seems more logical to take ON Serious Mass for a hard bulk.
first off, the serving size is "2 heaping scoops" and the scoops are HUGE. They are not the same smaller sized scoops that come with the cytogainer. You have to compare gram weight to gram weight. 334g weight is the optimum vs 1250 cal vs 150g cytogainer @ 570 calories. So basically they have virtually the same total caloric content gram for gram. (the scooper size is irrelevant).
As an overall product, I prefer cytogainer...mostly for the good fats and less sugar
