How you feel is a lie was exeptionally true today.
First real squatsession in almost 3weeks.
152kg frontsquat for a 1kg PR, might have had a kg or 2 more.

Twisted my ankle saturday.
DOMS from hell after yesterdays backslaughter.
Hand is almost completely healed though so can probably start doing proper lifts/pulls next week.

Looks good. I'd recommend a slightly quicker descension near the later part of the movement to use the stretch reflex. It seems like you go slowly do to some minor mobility restraints, so you might wanna try a slightly wider stance and/or turn your feet out. Activate them quads

Awesome . My friend point out a bit of a lift on my heels , very slight . Also during the lift near the end , I lean a bit forward . Like on the 4 and 5 rep
