Highest protein low calorie foods are all the lean meats as they have no extra carbs or fats.

PHs are very effective but obviously not as effective as illegal substances - this is as far as I can go on the subject.

Curbing hunger can be as easy as stuffing your face full of green veggies and/or lean meats....also try diet soda...helps keep me sane during a cut

if you are over 15% (and 20-21 is a good deal over) you need to cut first defintiely.

do not listen to any other advice on this subject unless your goals are to be a pure powerlifter or strongman without care or concern for physical appearance.

Hey there....chicken/turkey/tuna are all good sources of protein....pasta is good too but it must be whole grain pasta. However here is the key to keeping good lean gains and avoiding fat:

eat 6x meals a day
first 3x meals have complex carbs, protein, and veggies (whole grains like whole grain pasta, or other things like sweet potatoes, oatmeal, brown rice, etc)
second 3x meals have only protein and veggies
add 1 grapefruit per day to your diet
drink lots of water(at least 1 gal of water per day)
AVOID SUGAR AND ALCOHOL

Take in approx 2,200-2,400 cal a day - separated out between the 6 meals a day.

for a lifting plan, please look within the last 5 pages for the "5x5 plan for strength and size"

as far as the rest is concerned, i've always ate 4-6 meals a day :) its just not until yesterday that i literally cut out 100% of non healthy junk out of my life.

Haven't drank in 2 years, and don't have a sweet tooth.

Just checked guide, do you have a site/workout available to someone who doesn't go to a gym to lift? i've got about 350 lbs of free weights in various forms i could use.

How do i check/calculate BF%

ok so now we've identified the problem , lets work to figure out a solution. So since you cant lose wieght and gain muscle at the same tiem im confused as to what workouts im supposed to do? and which cardio works the best and a routine. if you could let me know what workout routine and cardio with a side of what to eat and what not that'd be perfect. thanks ~

E : if i were to get my bf % under 15 would it THEN be easier to bulk first cut after ? hitting 230lbs ?? if not go ahead and help me with the top part ^ . thanks ~

Mid Morning - 4x Arg/Orn, 1x vit C, 1x vit D, 4x bcaa, 2x kre alkalyn, 1 packet universal animal flex (join support), 2x digestive enzymes
Noon - 4x Arg/Orn, 1x vit C, 2x vit B, 4x bcaa, 2x immune support, 1x ginko, 2x lycopene, 1x resveratol
Mid afternoon - 4x arg/orn, 1x vit C, 1x vit D, 1x vit A, 4x BCAA, 2x antioxidants, 2x kre alkalyn

ok ok i am ak work so i have nothing to do so i went to GNC and looked them all so far i can't find

Orange triad; idk what arg/orn is can't find; melatonin; and mucuna pruiens

so far i have found 11 items and it's pretty spendy if you don't buy in bulk LOL

what's your intake food wise? or is what i posted above this your total intake all day, with no food?hmm it's very intresting i like GAT jet fuel, well as far as reading goes i haven't used it it yet bbut even if you read this thanks for your time

Yes please go to www.bodybuilding.com to buy all those supplements...they are MUCH cheaper.
