I was a lot stronger sumo, way stronger.
Felt a lot more natural for me too. Not sure why.

Well in my opinion you're a lot more right over the bar, your arms sort of just hang down and you don't have to worry so much about keeping a straight back. And of course less rom, just makes it a shorter lift.

I hope I was correct on all this :p

Did around 15sets of chins and 15sets of hyperextensions.
I think every damn drop of blood is in my erectors atm.

TFW can't stand complete straight due to pump.

Actually I will start doing some more BB work for chest/shoulders/arms after lifts/squats etc just to ''even out'' some imbalances.
brb highrep dumbbell pressing and curls.
