I bulked like ~15 pounds when I first started lifting and regretted it a bit. Have just been maintaining since then.

Oh yeah it was a huge waste of time . At the time I cared more about partying. Really getting bored of that now .

Oh I see what you mean . I'm loving making the gains but I know I'm gonna want to be leaner for summer . I think I bulked a bit to fast 25 lbs since August .

thought about it. Talked to my IRL friend who switched from sumo to conventional and got his DL up to 405.

I feel like my sumo would be very week.

IF you feel if would be really weak wouldn't that be a good reason to do sumo ? :P


It was awkward at first, I'd Start narrower and widen up the stance over time.

I pulled a hammy warming up on a 275 sumo, I think cause I wasn't used to it and started out pretty wide.

Well, I'm weak on conventional, so I'm training that. I can't realistically train both efficiently.
