As for my goals this year, they are pretty simple.

Don't get hurt while lifting
Total 1100
Hit that 5 plate deadlift

I don't plan to have lifting/eating well as a super high priority but will continue. Don't really care about making a lot of progress.

imo this is possible for a begginer or maybe an intermediate squatting a fuckton. But I don't think it would be good for you long term anyways.

Well once 8 weeks is up Ill have been bulking for about 7-8 months or so and I want to do a 12 week cut after. but I wanted to hit 315 before i cut.

Though I have ridiculous can't walk DOMs right now so probably not the best time to be coming up with goals hehe :D

Not going to lie, been extremely inconsistent with legs. dont think I've missed a push day, or pull day but I went an entire month with only training legs once.

Obviously my problem is right there, inconsistency.

that's also why my cut took like a year , because while I was in a deficit during the week, my weekend I'd be eating like 2k calories over maintenance.

Thanks! 1025. I feel like there is still a lot of room to progress on all 3 lifts though. My squat has been especially good for progress :)
