how much of a dose would u suggest starting off with? 10/20/40? im @ 190

are there any supports supps i should take along with it? i heard its bad for ur liver, would milk thistle be beneficial?

does accutane help clear scars from acne?

btw , there is no rack where i train and i cant go to another gym.

Monday (Back / Arms)

One arm row (3x8-12 reps)
Lat pull down (4x6-10 reps)
Reverse Grip Bent-Over Rows (3x6-10 reps)
EZ bar curl (2x6-10 reps)
Close grip EZ bar curl (2x6-10 reps)
Concentration curl (2x8-12 reps)

(Doing this at home since the gym only has 1 barbell)
Deadlift (3x6-8 reps)



Wednesday (Legs / Shoulder)

Military press with dumbbells (4x6-10 reps)
Lateral Raise (3x6-10 reps)
Upright rows (3x6-10 reps)
Lying machine squat (4x6-10 reps)
Leg Extensions (3x6-10 reps)
Dumbbell lunges (3x8-12 reps)

(Doing this at home since the gym only has 1 barbell)
Barbell Shrugs (3x8-12 reps)



Friday (Chest / Triceps)

Bench press (5x4-6 reps)
Incline dumbbell press (3x6-10 reps)
Dumbbell press, hands parallel to your body (3x6-10 reps)
Incline barbell tricep extension (3x8-12 reps)
Lying Close-Grip Barbell Triceps Extension Behind The Head (2x8-12 reps)

abs done 3 times a week

lowest dose possible.

always take milk thistle or NOW! liver support while on pharmaceuticals (even naturally derived ones like this)

well i was considering starting at 20mg, and possibly staying there for 6 months. do you think 40mg is even needed? ive heard some people get up to 120mg

absolutely not...that high of a dose is definitely not necessary.

the plan looks good...except you might want to throw some deadlifts in there...either on monday or wednesday depending on which ones you do (straight leg or bent leg) straight leg works mostly back and some hamstrings...bent leg works mostly leg and some back.

deadlifts are on monday (in the 'at home' part) and are straight legs :)
