did 1hour of walking yesterday+gardening a bit. today did some abs and planning on going for a 3-4km run.

damn hot today.

I ran 6 miles yesterday without water pretty sure I almost died/ had a heat stroke. it was only 80 something degrees but when I got done I almost passed out. had goosebumps all over.

drank almost a gallon of fluid within 20 min and still pissed dark yellow on my next piss an hour later
