Lol you don't know what you're talking about

Yes I do alot more than you think. U can do that to stretch your back before but not during a bench. As you read the rest of my post not criticizing his gains quite better than mine just advising not to do that move he does while lifting. He can do what he wants tho cheers

And I meant taught damn typos

good progress just fyi doing that while doing lifts can hurt your lower back. whoever talt you this doesnt know wtf they doing. your deadlift forms good squat as well but why do that move before a bench?

Not sure what you see as dangerous in this video. All I see is the proper way to bench press.

He's curbed if you notice closely. Just saying could lead to injury versus totally flat he's lifting properly but he's not flat on bench

In what way doing an arch could lead to an injury?

He could pull a muscle in his back or shoulder area imo. I'm not saying it will but it does put extra stress on those areas. I'm finished just looking out for him nvm

The weight is distributed under his shoulder so the most he could get is a back cramp. That's about it.

Alright I accept your opinion I'm good.

I was under the impression that it would put smore strain on his lower back hmm oh well.

It's not his opinion, utilizing an arch is safe and proper form
