Haha yep.

I'm gonna have to lower deadlifts for a while to catch up with my squats. My legs fail first while deadlifting .

Never missed a chest day lol!!
Started consistently squatting/deading this past summer. Work in progress.

Sad I can bench as much as I squat :/

im in same boat brah. always did iso workouts and if i ever did skip a workout it was always legs :( but gz on that lift. solid work right dur

its easier to skyrocket deadlifts than bench tho ^^

just do 1*2 and reset sets and you will gain lots of power @ deadlifts. nice bp, was good.

but anyways, another reason it led me to believe that that weights not a true 220kg/~485lbs was on that last rep it looks like you have some elbow flexion
which wld be very difficult with that kind of weight.

non the less, gz on lift and contributing to the thread

yeah no luck with that but well. i understand the angle is bad. i dont even get how you can see my elbow since its clearly hidden but ok ^^

next video will be around 6 minutes and show every single plate i put on lol.

I wish i would have started benching that wide. Much more power in that and now im trying to play catch up.

eh around 38-40sec.. maybe it just a shrug type deal?
haha yea maybe you'll have to go to that extreme.

also wldnt those weights be much lower to the ground, than the reg oly weights?... thus making the lift that much harder
