kept it simple
some extra pb/jelly/rice cakes while waiting in the audience
then headed to a place called perkins. I guess its like a dennies/ihop kind of deal if you havnt heard of it.

Got a bbq bacon supreme burger w/ a side of fries. Also ate 1/4 of a slice of cheesecake (so like 100cals worth lulz)

Thats all she wrote.

But also remember that throughout the day I had 2 snicker bars, and a 6" steak & cheese sub.
to help fill out on stage, as well as a banan,pb,rice cakes :P

How do they regulate the 'Natural' division out of curiosity? I realize you probably get piss tested before the comp but I'm more referring to someone cycling for 6 months before the comp or however long it takes to come out of your system.

Also, I dont understand the appeal of the dark spray on tan, but I guess it's to show muscle definition better?

Congrats on the comp.

basically there is a banned substance list, this org. is OCB and has its own specific list some things is suppose to me not taken within 2-4yrs, and others up to 7yrs.
Now for the most part if you can get it legally/over the counter you should be okay. I personally havnt ventured very far into the supp world so I rlly dnt know.
but they gave out pre w/o and fat burners that are riched with 1-3 dime (sometimes known to be banned in some sports) but like I said.... legal = natural for the most part.

Last comp (inba org.) I had to take a piss test first.
this competition I had to take a polygraph test. (2 out of 56 entrees failed)
and the overall winners (who get their pro -card) have to go take a piss test after their winnings.

this obviously isnt a full proof system, and im sure unnatural trainees still compete, but this should be a deterrence for many unnatural

dnt worry bro, that is the point to the log. Sharing my life with hnf!!

so basically I feel good competing in teens. I mean I talked to one of the judges and she said that they all (meaning like 8?)
were very impressed with my "x" frame physique and then on top of that, am only 19. She said that I could continue to blow away the teen class
in whatever comps but should focus on building for the open division where I truly belong (atleast within these next years)
the other judge said im pro card bound by my early to mid 20's!

thats basically my own opinion. My conditioning could always get better, but that will come in time/experience. What I need to focus on is getting some serious mass on thise frame to compete
with these monsters in the open division (guys who have been lifting since they were 13yrs old and now are 36 lmao)

How I plan to do that is slowly reverse dieting. Like I said, im really not THAT lean ~7% imo so theres really no need to go crazy and binge myself to 12% bf and ruin my hard work.
I plan on getting back on my dieting numbers, even doing cardio tomrw to help fix the extra fats from todays eats and letting my metabolism kick back in.

probably starting june, I'll switch my routine to jim wendlers 5/3/1 w/ a bodybuilding twist and go from there.

when I say conditioning I mean lower bf %

Ofc posing wears me out, it wears EVERY competitor out, almost indescribable. I didnt even cut water intake and my body was so dry I barely sweat and had cotton mouth on stage.
but I didnt mean conditioning in an endurance sense.
