5'11'' 190 lbs.

10 lbs since last pictures. guess it's progress





hypertrophy time? chest needs serious work I think

current lifts:
bench 195x3
squat 335x1/300x5 bout to be 310x5 tomorrow
dead 340x1

almost want to cut lol. too soon though

thank you sir. and yea I was real skinny lol.

bench is definitely lacking, if I stay on this strength program it will go up about 30 lbs in the next 5-6 weeks though. (assuming I don't stall)
Really want to get on a hypertrophy program though :(

My bench is god awful as well. If and when you come to ISU it's time to turn into chest brahs.

Looking good though man, thats for sure.

would be curious to see those squats depth.
not saying you can't properly do it just curious with a ratio like that
