It looks fucking good as is, not finishing it soon doesn't seem like a bad thing at all the way it looks m8.
And got a pic of the back part of it? -.- I wanna see the whole thing haha.
(whats the writing say on your lower abs?)

The inside of the arm is where one of the blank spots is.
Well, it's not blank, it's just bloodlined so you wont be able to see it.

It says "My Mirror Lies".

right now, i haven't a clue..i was measured at 14.6% a few months ago, but i don't think i've much fat since then (definitely not above 18 and i can still see my thick abdominals haha)...i don't have rolls or anything, but i'm not ripped either (clearly)

it is almost impossible to judge someone's bf through a picture though i think...if you wanna know, get measured haha (there is always some margin of error though, even if it is minimal with something like a DEXA scan)

the trained eye can tell quite a bit from a picture

I think you ought to post a pic and let 7ds judge it

from that picture you posted recently of your back it looked pretty chunky/10

hmm, a trained eye can calculate body fat better than a machine made to do so, interesting...

i have one of my front as well on the page before (and i'm around 16% there)

The picture quality makes it harder to judge, but if you are completely unflexed, I'd say 11-12.
The reason it may seem too low to you is probably because you dont have much muscle mass to make
the lower body fat shine.

Flexing the core. Yeah that may be true, my training is pretty much just cardio, I do insanity and play soccer.
Once I can actually get to a gym consistently I'll start lifting for sure, I have some weights at home but not a lot to work with.

Take another picture. Flexing makes it more difficult to determine body fat percentage.
