It just scrapes my skin a bit, just like highbar, so only ''cosmetic'' :P. Other than that it don't hurt one bit imo.
I have dropped it on the neck a couple of times but it doesn't hurt anyway, just some discomfort.

had a little inofficial club meet the other day. went 205/162.5/240 which i was content with considering i haven't been squatting or deadlifting since early summer. :( feel like im injury free now so i will start with a program again in january ^_^

Backsquats didn't feel like complete shit today, first time in forever.
160x2
140 - 5x3

Snatchgrip deadlift from a 5cm deficit
180 - 2x2
160 - 5x3
aaaaaand my hams and erectors are dead.

Boxjumps around 120-125cm, actually suprised I could jump over 1m today.

Ended with christmascurls for them hoe hoe hoes
