195x7 bench today @ 165 BW.

bench is going up quite nicely.

Squats:
Only went up to 150/330 - 2x2 and then did 8x3 on 130/286 for speedwork.

Log:
Had insane DOMS in triceps and shoulders from yesterday so went up to 75kg/165lbs 2x3 in strictpress, didn't feel like even try to go higher.
Then logcleans up to 105kg/231lbs for a triple

Ridiculously long video
First time using a video editor... Need to figure out how to fast forward parts of the vid ? I used some free video editor , just googled it.

6x6 squats , measly 245
And 1 banana before each set LOL
after set 3 it was getting brutal.


I can't imagine how candito felt when he ate 100 nuggets and squatted 225 over 400 reps lol
So fkin tired :cry: Gotta go to work in a hour

Light C&J, shoulder hurts in frontposition

Pushpress btn, no shoulderpain from the back
100 - 1x2
130 - 1x0, so close
110 - 3x3, last set was more like pushjerks

Light pushpresses from front.

Frontsquats
151 - 1x1, 11kg pb

SLDL
210kg
Strenght is starting to get good in deadlifts, 250 might go up in the next week.

110x3 last set.

Does the negative part hurt at all? Clearly you have good technique but you also don't have a "huge" back to catch the barbell on, and 200+ lbs coming down looks painful lol
