Should have lean bulked...seems early for you to be cutting again considering you probably haven't gained much muscle since your last comp but at least you'll be more experienced with this one so that should definitely help

easier said than done
besides, I feel I look much leaner at this weight now than last time.

Do you plan to take this bb stuff seriously, I mean to try to go professional? Because if not you might weigh it out whether it's worth for you or not... Maybe this continually buling/cutting is making you develope slower or something. Just saying :)

However, in that last pic you look very well, and you didn't seem to be at a very high BF. Around 15%ish?

I would like to atleast win a pro card in a natural organization... looking at ocb/ifpa which is suppose to be one of the best for testing.
I've really only cut down once before.... and that was for the last competition. This time I made it up to 194lbs on accident, but have lost 10lbs with ease.
I do plan on taking 2013 off from competing in order to make some serious changes, and this is when I plan on clean bulking throughout the year.

I would be suprised if I was 15% bf... my guess is more around 12% but who gives a shit :P
