hey there.

I have recommended hundreds of people to try Cytosport Cytogainer.

This is the best gainer imho.

I would recommend you take it 2x a day, once in the morning and once post-workout in addition to a full bulking meal plan.

the morning shake can be mixed with milk or water + fruit + peanut butter or whatever you want...

the post workout shake should be made with water + fruit

do these 3x a week (in place of cardio) do them for approx 45 mins total.

do it like this

set 1 - as many sprints as possible
5 min break
set 2 - as many sprints as possible
5 min break
set 3 - as many sprints as possible

etc.

Glutamine aids in maintaining a positive nitrogen balance in the body as well as assisting in muscle recovery and preventing muscle atrophy after muscular damage (post-training after muscle fibers are torn). Essentially Glutamine improves your recovery and muscular gains.

hey just wondering if there is safe way to drop 140 lbs in a year and what would be a max loss in your opinon for 4 months

now i've stocked up on BSN and am using P90X i've dropped 100 lbs last year but just couldn't keep it off now my diet last year was a .5lb-1lb of meat a day with 3 serverings of ramen

then my ol lady got pregnant and i regained it all in sympythy (how ever you spell it) weight she lost hers now i have to use iron will to loose it again just wondering what your thoughts were
