Big achievement today ! After a 20lbs pr on my Clean n Jerk last week, I added another 10lbs !
330lbs/150kg Clean n Jerk from today.
After that, I had 3 tries at 335 for my gym all time best clean but even if I had a solid catch and a great bar placement, I couldn't make the front squat (Legs were shaky as F)
Training was Muscle Snatch 2RM, Clean n Jerk 1RM, Clean Pulls
It's been an incredible 5 months journey so far. If the progress keeps coming, I'm really thinking about competing next year.
I could get a shot at the juniors in Quebec since I'll turn 21 during 2015.
