Big achievement today ! After a 20lbs pr on my Clean n Jerk last week, I added another 10lbs !
330lbs/150kg Clean n Jerk from today.
After that, I had 3 tries at 335 for my gym all time best clean but even if I had a solid catch and a great bar placement, I couldn't make the front squat (Legs were shaky as F)
Training was Muscle Snatch 2RM, Clean n Jerk 1RM, Clean Pulls

It's been an incredible 5 months journey so far. If the progress keeps coming, I'm really thinking about competing next year.
I could get a shot at the juniors in Quebec since I'll turn 21 during 2015.

200kg/440lbs snatchgrip SLDL today - no straps.

Had done 14 doubles in snatch before so my hands were burning like a mofo

Snatched 265lbs/123kg for a 12lbs PR.
Was a pretty smooth rep, I could post the video sometime.

Clean & Jerk
100kg 5sets of 2clean + 2frontsquats + 2jerks

Deadlifts - tried my old powerlifting style (slippers and not OL shoes/SLDL)
220x2 with about 2-3more in me. Hold the bar for about 20sec on the second rep, thumbs was burning after that.
Doing 250 before the end of the year seems very reasonable all of a sudden.
Actually even considering trying to max out with a belt sometime.

Frontsquats
120 - 5sets of 2 with a 5sec paus at the bottom.

Pr'd my 3rep frontsquat at 135 last saturday. Felt awesome.

Also @ nicaro, what's your bw?
