Thanks ! I just turned 20 and I started lifting at 16ish. That was the part of my life where I started experiencing bodybuilding.
After about 2 years of derping in a gym, I started 5/3/1 on and off with no specific attention to my dieting.
After losing all my gains during a backpack trip to Europe (I was eating max 2 times a day) I found 2 coaches in my hometown that saw the potential in me.
They did great things, here I am now.
Before Olift max : (315 bench, 405DL, 385 Squat) and probably something like 225 front squat lol
