260 total from 5 months training? FML.
I hope you have trained something else for a couple of years before or I'm just going to kill myself.

E: I don't even think it was ugly, looked rather nice imo.

Thanks ! I just turned 20 and I started lifting at 16ish. That was the part of my life where I started experiencing bodybuilding.
After about 2 years of derping in a gym, I started 5/3/1 on and off with no specific attention to my dieting.
After losing all my gains during a backpack trip to Europe (I was eating max 2 times a day) I found 2 coaches in my hometown that saw the potential in me.
They did great things, here I am now.

Before Olift max : (315 bench, 405DL, 385 Squat) and probably something like 225 front squat lol

Good job on the Klokov complex, I don't even know if I have the endurance to do it. I will try it soon !

gz to this whole page on some progress and nice lifts :)

I should be back lifting on Saturday. Taking it easy after a MONTH of flu and then getting bitten right in the quad by a dog. Shot hoops for the 1st time in 2.5+ weeks: 370 makes. Need to work on conditioning/shooting until my game on Thurs, and then a rest day Friday. Such a bummer but that's how it is.
Not that it matters but I was previously using 300 for reps (squat). Not lifitng heavy because I practice my shot 5+d/wk. Will probably head back to the 375-400 range for reps soon after the break following playoffs. fml.
