Most of us are actually very nice and helpful, if you praise Odin,the allfather, that is.

I guess most of them would not mind helping you out.
Or you could just drag a free bench and put in that powerrack so you can adjust :)

I just started low bar as well and it still feels weird as fk.  I keep changing / tweaking things trying to find a better position.  It is extremely hard tho with non existent rear delts.  I actually like low bar with converse over the adipowers


Seems like a lot of ppl hate Rippytoe's advice anyway lol.

After 5 months of O-lifting, I total at 115kg/145kg
Very proud of my journey so far

Here's my PR from yesterday, a 320 CnJ (for a 20lbs pr) after a Front Squat PR of 345.
- I know the upper back is bent on the front squat (was tired)
- I know the jerk catch is sloppy
- I know the jerk recovery is disgusting
But oh well, for a 20lbs PR, Ill take it !
