He did 315x3...touching his chest once out of those 3 reps in case you didn't watch the video. My recent PR's have been 320x5 and 350x2.
Squatted 475x2 today
Deadlifted 505x3 last week, done 530 in a competition back in March (the video I posted) then stopped for 6 months and just got back into it.
