yes caffeine enhances your metabo...which definitely helps cutting.

as far as protein goes - yes it seems like a lot at first, but its really not that much when you get down to it.

40-40-40-40-40-40

40g with every meal vs 6 meals a day = 200g

Ok never would I dare to say anthing against your knowledge in bodybuilding...but...don't take it personnal....you suck in math rofl.gif

40 + 40 = 80
80 + 40 = 120
120 + 40 = 160
160 + 40 = 200
200 + 40 = 240

Btw, when bulking, should I pay attention to the time when I eat my carbs? Is it horrible to eat some before going to bed?

eh...was joking sorry just thought it was funny...

anyways :/

Any output on that :

-When bulking, should I pay attention to the time when I eat my carbs? Is it horrible to eat some before going to bed?

-I don't know if it is because I never saw them before but....I just got some strech marks on my shoulders :S

Nothing big I'd say 2-3 inches or so (one on each shoulder not exactly at the same spot/orientation)

Something to worry about?

What can I do to avoid getting anymore ? Is there something I can do with the ones I have now already?

stretch marks are to be expected...they happen...its normal when you grow.

carbs before bed are not advised....just casein protein.

Any idea on a decent meal plan for a Powerlifter/Strongman trainee? I usually just eat a lot of stuff during the day. I wake up and eat oatmeal with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
When I go to college I usually have something packed, usually 2x tuna sandwiches. 1 can on each sandwich. About 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise per can.

And when I get out of school, I just eat random stuff. Depends what I feel like making.

But I'm not really trying to gain a lot of weight right now. I have a lot more strength to gain before I wanna hit like 215-220. I'm about 200-205 right now. My lifts are still going up pretty quickly so I won't need to gain much weight yet.

Let me know man, thanks.

Hey there -

well to be honest you have to eat as much as humanly possible...but if you start gaining fat its because you aren't doing enough total exercise.

This means...if you're doing 1-2 hours of strongman/power lifting....you need to hit some cardio to build endurance or simply lift more into 2 workouts a day.

Mariusz Pudjzionowski eats like 12,000 cal a day. he also works out strongman style for 2-3 hours and does at least 1 hour of cardio. That is the key. Tons of exercise, tons of food.

Make sure you get at least 2g protein 2g carbs and .5g fat per pound of bodyweight each day...MINIMUM....also eat a good deal of sugar after each workout rite before chugging a shake and then eating a meal.

to my own knowlege this is good for Strenght training and building defenition ( althought im not very sure biggrin.gif )
but what i wanna know is, Am i doing to much per Body part?

Any advice is truly Appreciated! cheers m8

hey there -

numbers of reps is just good a key to go by. The truth is - it is best to do AS MANY reps reps as you can do of a particular weight. This causes monstrous muscle fatigue and will build strength and size.

The only time you will do less than the MOST reps you can do - is when you are trying to increase weight on an exercise - than you will do a 5x5 set.

hope this helps
