Adipowers + knee sleeves are still in transit (just moved recently) so I feel like those will help too.

I just started low bar as well and it still feels weird as fk. I keep changing / tweaking things trying to find a better position. It is extremely hard tho with non existent rear delts. I actually like low bar with converse over the adipowers
