For your age, instead of a specific diet, just try following these guidelines:


- eliminate sugar and simple carbs from your diet

- keep protein intake at a minimum of 1g per pound of bodyweight

- eliminate fast foods and frozen foods (and processed foods)

- eat every 2-3 hours

- drink water, juice, iced tea, or other unsweetened beverages only - avoid sodas.

- DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL

- get at least 8 hours of sleep a night!! (10 is preferred)

- Take Multivitamins (like NOW! Adam) and Make sure to eat plenty of good fats! (good fats come from things like Avocados, Fish, Olive Oil, Nuts, etc)

- Eat lots of raw fruits and veggies! at least 3-4 servings of each per day!

I'm looking to purchase these soon what do you think I need something else? already have jetfuel, bcaa/pwo/pre-wo/intra, I'll buy protein foods with food stamps, 'cause broke.
(I know I said OT sucks but I can't afford anything better atm for it's 4-in-1 benefits)

I'm 5'11 165 ish trying to cut down body fat now for summer etc. Any thing I should take specifically like whey etc on top of better diet like you told me?

took me 5months to gain 30lbs, and right now i'm not gaining T_T
any pointers on a good diet for me?

i'm 5'10, 163


how much protein should i take a day?

right now i'm on these:
pre-w/o black powder
post-w/o cytocell
30 min post w/o - 50g protein

on shcool days its hard to get a lot of protein from foods and good cal/carbs so idk what to do
any advice would help, and thanks a lot buddy, you've always come thru! :)

Breakfast - Oatmeal and 3 whole eggs (the only meal you're allowed to have less than your quota of protein and a high dose of carbs)
meal 2 - 30 gram protein shake
meal 3 - tuna fish on a salad
meal 4 - chicken breast and broccoli
meal 5 - 30 gram protein shake
meal 6 - 1 cup cottage cheese and almonds w/ cinnamon (delicious before bedtime)

And for this, cottage cheese makes me gag, any alternative?
And what exactly in the protein shake?

heh okay sooo im 5'6ish and i weigh 160-170 lbs ( I AM NOT FAT!!!) so how much should i lift?

( I dont have much body fat but i have verry little but im not lik | | ) im more like | ||

and i asked about benching? how much do you think i shuld bench

all of that looks very good. the stimulant fat burner from USP labs is intersting...appears to be a BS product...but I could be wrong. I have never used it before, but it seems to be just hype with the content of each capsule. I would avoid and stick to black coffee as your cutting agent if you are on a budget.

just eat properly and exercise frequently...don't bother with any supplements except for multivitamins (NOW! adam) and a good fat burner like GAT Jet Fuel
