For your age, instead of a specific diet, just try following these guidelines:
- eliminate sugar and simple carbs from your diet
- keep protein intake at a minimum of 1g per pound of bodyweight
- eliminate fast foods and frozen foods (and processed foods)
- eat every 2-3 hours
- drink water, juice, iced tea, or other unsweetened beverages only - avoid sodas.
- DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL
- get at least 8 hours of sleep a night!! (10 is preferred)
- Take Multivitamins (like NOW! Adam) and Make sure to eat plenty of good fats! (good fats come from things like Avocados, Fish, Olive Oil, Nuts, etc)
- Eat lots of raw fruits and veggies! at least 3-4 servings of each per day!
