Cutting Diet for 230lb Male @ 11-12% Bf.

Meal 1 - 28g Protein, 36g Carbs, 4.5g Fat
Meal 2 - 21g Protein, 41g Carbs, 5.5g Fat
Meal 3 - 50g Protein, 10g Carbs, 3g Fat
Meal 4 - 50g Protein, 10g Carbs, 3g Fat
Meal 5 - 50g Protein, 10g Carbs, 3g Fat
Meal 6 - 72g Protein, 16g Carbs, 4g Fat

Do you feel as though it's sufficient, or should it be ramped up, especially if lifting daily and doing cardio post workout?

bodpod 11.4% btw raynor, since I figured it was lacking, I added 1 tbsp natty pb to meals 3-5 and a banana to meal 1.

21-2200 Cal intake.
Lifting 7 days a week, 30-45 mins cardio post workout.

Workout is between meals 1 & 2.

This is fine for a cutting routine. If you start to notice your energy levels decreasing and motivation disappearing...then you need to increase protein and fat intake slightly.
