Yea I can see dl helping but I don't ride legs so squats aren't that useful, I don't need to have monster legs since I use moves that involve my upper body more then my lower. I do plan on startin to dl soon tho.
if your refering to wrestling for school you use your legs for everything you just dont realize it. :X
