Lmfao, doing weighted pullups with only 45 lbs is so fucking far away from being indicative of a proper 255 row it's not even funny.

You doing the yates power shrug of death?

This, it looks like he's doing a tricep press which I can do reps of like 100kg lol.. But my max bench is 80kg atm.
