and i started running several months after my injury, and i only ran 1 mile a day at most. but i got addicted. i've been training for a marathon i'm running march 18th. gonna run as many as i need till i finish under 4 hours then start triathalon training. did the whole strength training when i was younger.
Lmfao, doing weighted pullups with only 45 lbs is so fucking far away from being indicative of a proper 255 row it's not even funny.
