but for bench i use the 100's, for shoulders i use 75's, i row 255

i tore my acl so i don't squat anymore. but i run ~ 50 miles a week (sometimes as high as 70).

I'm not going to deny that he looks decent if my goal was to have abs/bis only. I assume fairly small as we can't really tell by his pictures. I guarantee he has small legs and that doesn't take away from the fact that he is filled with derp knowledge.

a torn acl doesnt affect running 50 miles a week?

and what kind of row are we talking?

strict overhand 90*?

or a balla 275 for reps row

that's w/ yates rows. i suppose my strongest indication of back strength is the fact i can do weighted pulls 45lbs 5 sets of 5. i can also do weighted dips with 135 lbs for 5 reps.

and i started running several months after my injury, and i only ran 1 mile a day at most. but i got addicted. i've been training for a marathon i'm running march 18th. gonna run as many as i need till i finish under 4 hours then start triathalon training. did the whole strength training when i was younger.
