what's your experience with grass fed meats ? What is your opinion of them ? Have you sat down and compared a grain fed steak to a grass fed steak and intricately compared them?

say anything

take the fruit from meal 5 and put it in meal 1.

for meal 5, choose leans meats + fats only with green veggies...no carbs.

as for casein...you can mix with water, you don't need the milk with casein.

I'll try this out.
Thank you kindly :)

THIS IS AN AMAZING QUESTION!! I AM VERY GLAD YOU ASKED THAT!!

I originally figured that grass fed beef was no different than regular beef.

However, I had to try it anyway....

and when I did...I was really glad I had.

True Grass Fed Beef (Besides being healthier overall in terms of a cleaner and better raised beef product)

TASTED ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.

It tasted like butter....absolutely amazing stuff.

All I eat now in terms of beef is grass-fed beef....I highly recommend it.

for the best hypertrophy...forget rep counting...go until failure, reduce weight, go until failure again, reduce weight and go until failure again. Repeat for 5 sets for each exercise.

its just caffeine, arginine, and creatine.

I do not support caffeine + arginine combos....as they have antagonistic features (caffeine vasoconstricts and arginine vasodialates)

so I'd avoid.
