Im out of shape right now... stopd eating good, and stopd working out completely for the past 2 months or so.. but im gonna join a gym for the first time and get serious!
5 10 1/2 and well call it 220, even tho i wake up at like 216
I plan to go down to 185 by summer and update progress pics
