I ask him for tips all the time, he competes at worlds, i think he placed 3rd at arnold's this year aswell

I wear my belt really high for deadlifts, but it feels comfortable there for squats

Squats felt really heavy today, so I took a load drop

Squat 245x5 245x3 235 3x5
Bench 165 6x5 (added 1 set if this works and helps me hit my Friday pr's then I'll continue, otherwise Friday for bench will be 2x3 instead of 1x5
Dead 315 x 5 x 5 x 2

Minor arms cgbp rope push down bb curls

Got some vids I'll throw up Monday rocking some pretty gay blue compression shorts at my army gym #idefwm

Hit 2 very exciting prs I've been wanting to rep out 2 and a half plate squats and 1 and a half plate bench for ages finally did both today!!

This is the most comfortable squat set I've ever done even with 275 on my back

bench isve changed to 2x3 my gym doesn't have 2.5lb plates so I couldn't do 182.5 so I thought wwzd and threw 185 on the bar

185 2x3

Deads ez as usual

4 weeks out from my first "meet"

245 5x5 squat
165 6x5 paused bench
320 9x1 1x3 deadlift

I should be squatting 295x5, benching 195x3 and pulling 375x5 by then

attempts probably going to look something like this

squat 295 315 335
bench 195 205 210
deadlift 385 405 425
