I've seen wrestlers at 112 with bigger biceps than u Jimmy. Well yours might be a little bigger but that cuz of fat.

you don't necessarily have to quit weed...

you just gotta stick to the plan, you won't get results with randomness and inconsistancy (and ofc its not easy with classes and a hectic life.. but you do what you gotta do)

great! I am not feeling so good about my progress. I know I can lift allot more # wise but I kinda am disappointed with lats, a little on bicept, tris, and esp chest...

Im buying a curl bar asap for some serious lat bustin
