a good friend of mine who went like 42-3 his senior year of wrestling and now is going to college in tennesse, he focused on squats/dl and back/shoulders.

but obv he did these exercises FOR wrestling. He's not too big into training so nn to lift others.

i only ever saw my friend do hex bar deadlifts...he did a lot back and should stuff...his thing was speed though i think...he was pretty strong for his size and extremely fast on the mat so he could toss kids around (he wasn't amazing or anything, but pretty good)

Yea I can see dl helping but I don't ride legs so squats aren't that useful, I don't need to have monster legs since I use moves that involve my upper body more then my lower. I do plan on startin to dl soon tho.

dl strengthens ur whole body imo.
but u seem to b in good shape so w/e :P

I'd start DLing ASAP.... helps ton in any type of grappling lol
Otherwise yeah start bulking no need to be so cut out of season you're just gonna have to cut down to 125 regardless.

I dont run at all tbh...only mess with weights when im at the gym lol and ive been trying to eat more
