a good friend of mine who went like 42-3 his senior year of wrestling and now is going to college in tennesse, he focused on squats/dl and back/shoulders.
but obv he did these exercises FOR wrestling. He's not too big into training so nn to lift others.
i only ever saw my friend do hex bar deadlifts...he did a lot back and should stuff...his thing was speed though i think...he was pretty strong for his size and extremely fast on the mat so he could toss kids around (he wasn't amazing or anything, but pretty good)
