im shredding bra, aussie summer is approaching. Ive also been following lightmans routine, he and me are 100% hypertrophy trainees IIRC

brb im gonna miss it all anyway, going to america in 9 weeks or so

Update on my back injury:

I quit cheerleading because the pain woke me up at nights and sometimes every seconds of the day. I am taking naproxen twice a day for 3 weeks and this week I do absolutly nothing. It was supposed to be my upper body deload anyways.

Sucks that I am now at this point but if it's what it takes to get back I am willing to do everything.
