anyhoo gonna go for 250 in my comp in 3 weeks

Get to use nose tork and a Texas deadlift bar there

210/463x2 and 220/485x2 from around 3'' deficit.
Considered going for 230x2 but felt like it would tax to much during this trainingcycle, plus it would look bad to do a deficit double of my max ^^

They are great for olympic lifting. Forces you to use legs alot more during the initiate pull, and drive your hips at the second part.
Great for me aswell since my legs is my weakpoint.
