Need some help from any of you computer guys out there....

How would I go about mapping ALT+F4 to ONE SINGLE KEY?

I need this because often I am closing programs by clicking the "X" and I miss and hit minimize/maximize and it's just an annoyance for me.

Can anyone here help? Thanks.

I take 3 shakes a day..
1 right when i wake up,
1 post workout,
1 before bed (casein)

I have been using milk with all 3 of them(skim milk)

Is it better to mix the shake with Water post workout?

Is Skim milk or Whole milk better for a bulk?

Also,any suggestions for a good multi-vitamin?

Thanks Ray.

yes, use water post workout so the same digests MUCH faster. Milk in its pure form is a slow digesting protein.

whole milk is better for a bulk

multivitamin =

NOW! Adam for pure multi with herbs for men (2 pills a day)

or Orange Triad - for pure multi with added joint support (6 pills a day)

Hey there. Nice meal lol

I unfortunately do not have the time or money to invest myself into training as much as I used to. Right now I get by with the BARE MINIMUM to maintain muscle mass and density. It sucks, but I have to focus on my life until I manage to get the hell out of medical school and start my career.

also, RD?

Ahhh I see. Yeah school should definitely come first, for some reason it's not that way for me. The meatheadedness is taking over :P

Registered Dietitian. Not really sure what the difference is between that and a nutritionist?

Yes a Registered Dietitian is different than a nutritionist in that a Dietitian is required to have a BS degree in Food Science - a Nutritionist is a certification program in most places that requires a BS degree in "a related field"
