as for shakes, you can have 2 a day...one at breakfast...and one post-workout.

as far as creatine...just take 2.5g pre and 2.5g post workout with grape juice or apple juice.

Not sure what all I'm allowed to use as an anti-estrogen. I guess I got some softness under my breasts that I need to get rid of.

seems like you aren't allowed to use steroids, pro-hormones, or drugs.

I've had a few people tell me that if taking a fat burner, once you stop taking that fat burner, you tend to gain the fat back more easily. Is this true or just bs?

Novadex is NOT on the bodybuilding.com website.

nor are ANY of those supplements.
