Few more weeks off and I might be good to go brahs. I might be working submaximally for a whole year however to keep injuries at bay. The juggernaut method might be more suited for me because that would bring deloads and rep prs back into my training.

he owns the squat/total minnesota state records in usapl currently though. for now... the mens raw american 148 squat is 501lbs i believe

My main goal is to stay healthy and once I am I'll worry about lifting. I'll lift heavy shit later haha. :P

My Goal is still 452/314/573 for my next comp. I just don't know the exact date of that comp yet lol.

Still problem with the ab tear?

We are still racing for that 440 squat bruh, pretty equal atm since both of us are injured ^^
Opti if you do 440 before us imma rage hard.

after december 6th comp i will be moving up to the 163 class.. usapl is changing the weight classes to match ipf. bring on the big pr's
