Also make sure you're eating enough...3-5 large meals a day of good wholesome foods...
complex carbs (whole grains), lean protein(chicken/turkey/steak/tuna/fish/eggs), veggies(any), and fruits(any) - all meals with at least 10-20g of GOOD fats (like fish, avocado, olive oil, etc)
