Also make sure you're eating enough...3-5 large meals a day of good wholesome foods...

complex carbs (whole grains), lean protein(chicken/turkey/steak/tuna/fish/eggs), veggies(any), and fruits(any) - all meals with at least 10-20g of GOOD fats (like fish, avocado, olive oil, etc)

ON casein cookies n cream/ allthewhey whey chocolate/ myofusion milk choc

i still have stomach discomfort and gas this morning, but my appetite seems to be a lil better ~ i can atleast eat my brown rice/chicken. im going to rite aid soon... do u know of a med that can help?

don't use a med for this....try to stick to the dietary route. We want to fix the cause, not the symptoms.

Don't use your protein shake for a day or two and see if it helps....if you feel better without it...we will find you an alternative shake.

If you still feel the same, it might be something else.


For now, try a natural remedy.....STRAWBERRIES

Eat a handfull of strawberries everytime your symptoms start acting up and it should suppress them.

Could you give me a sample cutting diet? I know you have one in a few pages back but I'm smaller than that. 5'11, 165lbs. If you could incorporate a whey shake, and creatine in it that would be awesome.

You're the same size you were the last 2 times you asked him for a cutting diet.

Anyway, why're you cutting when you have no muscle to reveal by cutting?

So i can get rid of skinny fat, and I know this. Haven't had the time to get my shit straight, right now I just watch what I eat and lift at school.

Was just ball parking it, but that still draws to the point of use the diet he gave you the first 2 times you twat.
